. >> i'm charley crowson. let's get right to the forecast. meteorologist lynette charles.it's a sort of mixed bag, snow out west, rain across the mid-section. mild and foggy here. >> exactly. we have three seasons going on. we are dealing with the fog across the area this morning. reduced visibility, zero-mile visibility in baltimore, more of the same as we head in to the eastern shore and we're at two-mile visibility in york. dc around 1, so with that reduced visibility we have a dense fog advisory in effect until 10:00 a.m. for all the areas here shaded in the gray. that basically encompasses our entire viewing area. let me show what you is going on across the middle of the nation. this will play into our weather as we go into the weekend. lots of rain there. this will slide in very slowly like it has been doing and bring us some weather, some rain into saturday and also into sunday. but right now we're talking about that fog so let's take it over to angela and tell us what is going on with the traffic and if the fog has been impacting that traffic. >>> it has, good morn

. >> i'm charley crowson. let's get right to the forecast. with meteorologist lynette charles. we're looking at an unusual start to march. >> you got that right. we are definitely dealing with the temperature in the 50s this morning. they are going to soar to the 70s as we go into the afternoon. so lisbon elementary school coming in around 53 degrees. we have a little bit of a caveat out there i say because it's breezy this morning with the winds out of the southwest at 7 miles an hour. we've been seeing gusts up to about 15, 20 miles an hour in spots. arnold's temperature around 52 degrees with the winds out of the south southwest at 9, 10 miles an hour. and that would be the scenario as we go throughout the day, but the gusts will get even higher, maybe up to 30 to 40 miles an hour. maryland's most powerful doppler radar is nice and try now. we have off five sweeps on but change of course is in the forecast. i'll have the change and i'll talk about that. >>> let's check traffic with angela. >> good morning. we're dealing with a lot of things on the roads now. cleared the acci

. >> i am charley crowson. >> good morning. we had wet weather last night and south of baltimore that's where we are getting the wet weather this morning. we will get gradual clearing in here but we have a few showers out there and gusty winds and the temperatures will drop as we go through the day. now, maryland's most powerful radar right now we can see the wet weather to the south of baltimore as of now heading towards the eastern shore. if you are waking up on the eastern shore this morning you are in the brunt of it as of now. graysonville off toward the east a moderate line of showers there. to the south of centerville you are seeing heavier rain, too. and even to the further to the south you can see the dark greens to the west of chesapeake beach there's heavy weather. that will pub off towards the south as we go through the remainder of the morning and we will get gradual clearing. so times will dry out. i will talk about that and have the forecast. but now, let's check the traffic with angela. good morning. >> reporter
