i'll make an assessment. >> thank you. >> what are we doing here? what's the premise here? they're not working on a nuclear weapon. why do we have to stop them from not working on a nuclear weapon? >> this is something i wanted to ask about, barbara. i think you raised it. how significant is it that at the time of the apec convention, president obama clarified the objective of u.s. policy is to prevent a weapon as opposed to weapons capability? and how significant is it also -- again, to justin's point, that congress' language and sanctions in their measures is different? what is really going on here? >> first, fo the questioner, i don't think obama is marching in lockstep with apec. and i think this distinction that he made is really crucial. iran already has a nuclear weapons capability in the sense that it has scientists who know how to build a bomb. it has enough enriched uranium to make maybe four or five nuclear weapons, if it decided to do so. it could make a device, put it in a suitcase and deliver it somehow. perhaps it couldn't put it on a missile yet. it's a mean

i want to emphasize that this additional staffing will be continued to be evaluating the assessed data and refine the staffing model. we are currently piloting this in three visits, and this is a work in progress that will be continually improved as part of our comprehensive approach to ensuring that our facilities have the resources to ensure that we accomplish this mission. the third point i would like to make is that in deploying evidence-based therapies to ensure veterans have access to the most effective methods for ptsd and other mental health ailments we are making more widespread and improving our training for those who are receiving care and delivering care of evidence-based treatments. we're shifting from a more traditional approach to one with newer treatments. and would acknowledge that we have not always communicated these changes as clearly as we might to our nation's veterans, so we're redoubling our efforts to improve communication, not only to our providers but to our veterans, to ensure that these evidence-based therapies are implemented in a way that can be supported

and so when were you finally assessed? when did you start and when were you finally assessed? in 10th grade, when i was 16, that's when i had a very bad argument with my parents that led me to go see a therapist, which at that time, i didn't want to do. being a 16-year-old male student, i just felt as though i could keep all of my emotions on the inside. anything that i was going through i could drink it off. i could play sports and not worry about it. so i definitely wasn't in favor of going to see a therapist. but during that time when i went to go seek therapy, one thing that i wasn't completely honest about was my drinking, which was something that hindered me along the way that led up to my suicide attempt. it seems that you were already engaged in a system that was going to provide you assistanc when you attempted that suicide attempt. so, if you could talk a little bit about that progression? right. when i was diagnosed, being 16, i didn't know how to handle it, because depressed and depression are two words that are used over and over again in society. i didn't know wh
