north of the philippines in the pacific ocean if all goes as planned. this rocket is being launched toward the direction due south from the launch site it will essentially be heading over the philippines. the third phase. and this is the phase they had trouble with back in april, 2009, when their second missile launched the taepodong 2 failed in the third phase. that phase will happen again within about 10 minutes of the launch. and that's you'll see -- you won't see it but essentially we will know whether that part descent greats as it pushes the satellite into orbit. we know that japan has been on high alert. that they have a patriot missile defense battery on stand by in case this rocket somehow goes way off course. but it would have to go way off course to be heading towards japan as opposed to due south towards the philippines. we don't expect that to really -- those patriot missiles to really come into play even if they are going after the descent grated parts of the missile, it's unlikely they would be able to strike them. right now we will know
