it's okay and revenues and recommending etfs. why not -- >> dividend-paying etfs. amazing rally of corporate bonds we have seen this year. >> by the way, there's more than the dvy. there's others. >> we talk macro market. very big picture stuff. now a small to mid cap stock. we talked about before, a battleground name, virnetx. >> little in the way of revenue. no profits. 13 employees. investors bet on a bunch of patents to control secure communication. the bulls believe it could be the next qualcomm. a few years ago the company won a pat ebt case against microsoft prompting it to sue apple and cisco but as with any patent story, it's never as clear cut as it may seem. the stock tumbled friday on a negative twist to the apple complaint and gets to a hidden risk and that is that ceo larson controls 18.8% of the shares and most pledged against some kind of an obligation. company hasn't provided any additional detail but here whees you need to know. with pledge shares there's a risk of margin calls if the stock is below a certain level and that sounds familiar, that's

with the home builders, the etf up nearly 25% today, let's check the charts and start talking numbers. we have richard ross, and on the fundamental side of things we have bob whitenhall. home builders had a pretty good run. >> we think they have further to go. often times the technicals turn before the fundamentals do. as you eluded to, up 24% here to date. the technicals back that up. there's really a lot to take about this chart. we see this nicely rising 200 day moving average, but we also see a textbook triangle break out. that should get us around 292 level. when you get through 22 you should trade 25, we like that home builder etf. >> so on the fundamental side, bob, what are they telling us? >> we're bullish. we're looking for 700,000 new home starts this year verses 600,000 this year. the fundamentals are in tact, a lot of it is reflected in the share prices. >> mandy, thank you so much, a half hour to go today. we're down 113 points, nasdaq is weeker as well. the market really took a turn for the worse. caterpillar dragged down and the market seems to be worsening just a bit,

that being said, take a look at an etf. an etf for everything.k at fez, which is a yield of 4.7%. santa fe, siemens, and the point being very simple. if you have been cautious, if you have been holding a lot of cash, if you've taken the approach that i do expect severe dislocation to happen in europe at some point, but you do -- excuse me, you do want the exposure, this is a nice way to do it. because you're getting paid a current dividend yield here. we talked about this in the past of being active managements within your own portfolio, but also saying what if i'm wrong? this is an interesting way. i will say this. when you know that you're having these conversations with people that were in the financial services business and those who weren't, there's another gentleman who was there and he was an advertising executive and if you continue to hear how people do business in europe it's bad. there's a difference between what's happening with the pieces of paper, that being the stocks and the etfs and the businesses themselves. i say take into cons
