i live on folsom street. i have two documents that will assist in my presentation if the wizard of oz could put them on the screen. the first document is a listing of the missing and inaccurately defined entertainment venues throughout the plan and in the bordering neighborhoods. i also have a map, both of which will be submitted formally. the map correct the inaccuracies. this list of those items in yellow is where there is no listing. the items in green is where the listing is inaccurate or missing. when i say inaccurate, for example, the impact of a place of entertainment with and an extended hours permit is significantly different than the impact of a billiard parlor. many of the businesses that are listed as billiard parlors are actually places of entertainment with extended hours premises license. or they do not exist at all on the map. so to adequately address those impacts when you do not have that information accurately represented is difficult at best. my second is a actual revision to the map which

you go down folsom street and you want to get off as quick as possible. i think that, looking at the south of market, this is so critical for us to figure out how to make those spaces accommodate new places, but also, create the density that we need, taking into consideration a large residential projects. many of the spaces will continue to be other types of spaces and it brings in the concept of work and the types of buildings with people talking about, if you are an entrepreneur, you think of this space to work with. a lot of people want to be -- that is one thing san francisco has to offer -- many buildings that you cannot build today, that just don't have the same feeling -- anything, and you can replicate those things. i think this is a great conversation and i would love to overlay this with the western soma plan, as we look at the different design guidelines, how this resonates with how we are looking at the historic districts within that area, and that the zoning, as we think about this sort of thing in terms of the context of the corners. so, tha

this rodeo bull in folsom near sacramento got himself into a very tight spot. that is an irrigation well and he's stuck in it. this is what happened. rescue crews got there and brought this tow truck in last night, late last night, to try and get the 2,000-pound animal out. they had to harness him and then they had to use the tow truck to lift him out. they were able to do it but it wasn't easy. still unclear is how the bull ended up in the irrigation well and how long he was stuck there before finally somebody realized he was there. >>> you might think santa claus and disney world would go together but you'd be wrong. tom tolbert works as a professional santa. but he took a vacation to disney world and got a frosty reception from park administrators. he posed for photos until a disney rep told him to stop acting like santa claus. tolbert says the employee told him to tell guests he's on vacation and just leave him alone. tolbert refused saying, santa would never tell people that. >> where was mrs. claus in all of this? >> you can't change the way he looks eith

then where you're guaranteed a seat if you folsom of your classes, so i was one of those people that got the perspective. i knew from the beginning it was not free. i knew that i put money into that pot as well, because i was working and paying my taxes too. i want people to get that clear up there. we're not expecting it to be free. >> some of the things that are happening is that we see the leaders in the tree system. the university of california and community colleges are working together. so we can have more students be able to get that education and any help because if we can make that $1200 to 0 that means that that student would not have to work. they won't have the raise and barrow that money. we need to find ways to reduce it and find opportunities thatstudents can take that and graduate. >> i do like that already. taxes were a big chunk that i paid. i do like hearing that stuff as well. we're in the valley and in the center of technology. why don't we have done thatyears ago? at the end of the day it's the bottom line. it's business and how was profit, so i do like hearing
