i'm sorry, mr. olson.s right now. >> it has been a long day already. it has been a long road. for me, the road starts in july of last year, when with the governor's budget that he proposed to the dissolution of the redevelopment agency. a year ago, was the deputy director of the redevelopment agency in charge of housing. i think that redevelopment agency, through the decision of the board and the mayor, in 1989 made a momentous decision to use tax increment bond financing for the creation of affordable housing, and the redevelopment agency did that well. over the 20 years that it had the opportunity to do so. i think the redevelopment agency would have continued to do that, but it was not given the opportunity. in december, when the state supreme court ruled that the legislature could basically eliminate redevelopment and the government could not use local tax funds to restore redevelopment, the redevelopment agency basically went away. and for all of us who worked at the redevelopment agency and worked in
