. >> this morning, dominion virginia power crews are heading to florida in case isaac leaves residents in the dark, and they are not the only local team preparing people that could be caught up in the storm. derrick ward is in the news room with more. this is about a preemptive move to help florida deal with something we became too familiar with this summer and that's the post storm conditions. now we are told dominion power crews will head out from fairfax, charlottesville and hampton, and they will stage in a safe location outside the storm's path. now the storm has already taken four lives in haiti, and in addition to power crews local red cross volunteers are also preparing to get southbound, and they are sending emergency response vehicles to help with whatever human needs arise from the storm. >> concerned about the people who are in the path of the storm and what might happen to them, and so we're anticipating, and we're maybe a little, you know, the adrenaline is starting to pump up a bit, and we are ready to go. >> the red cross has all of the emergency response teams in the a
