allison, i read an interesting piece in the post the other day that ace although president obama won the state by about 4 percentage points over johnh tighter race this time around, and one projection has mitt romney taking colorado. can you talk about that a little bit? >> i think that it's very close right now. i think -- the polls i've seen are one or two percentage points apart. mitt romney was very popular four years ago in colorado but he actually didn't win the primary, rick santorum won the primary. i do think it's going to be close because the state has suffered unemployment, it mirrors the nation. i don't think that the obama campaign or the romney campaign are taking it for granted. jon: what are the driving issues in colorado right now? >> i mean i don't think it's any different than the rest of the country. i think jobs. there is a lot of energy jobs there. there are natural gas developments, there are coal mines, i i think people think about education. but mostly people think about the economy. people want to feel good about next year, they want to feel good about five years from now. they want to be able to send thei
