at marina green i'm lawrence scott.end it back to you in the studio. >> as you can see, it was sunny and beautiful in san francisco and pretty windy as well. let's check in with rob mayeda on the forecast. what's going on, rob? >> well, it was good for the america's cup, that good strong sea breeze really did a number to our temperatures today. you might have noticed if you were outside around the tral valley or san jose. highs in the low 70s. you don't expect to see that here as we kind of wrap up august on something of a cool note this weekend. but today likely will be the coolest day we see for the new week as high pressure starts to build back in. but right now we've still got a pretty good sea breeze out there reaching into livermore and fairfield. mostly 50s outside. and as you wake up tomorrow morning 40s and mid 50s for lows. and there you see the winds through fairfield southwest today. that's going to help bring in the low clouds, patchy areas of low clouds but warming temperatures starting to return inland. r
