cal osha said some type of maintenance work he involving the crane's trolley wheels caused the equipmentto veer off center. the crane worker was trying to fix the problem when he was pinned by a moving part of the crane. he suffered injuries to his head and chest and later died at the hospital. the port has temporarily shut down that crane operation. the san mateo county coroner has identified the teenage girl whose body washed ashore on sunday. they say she is 16-year-old cathy qiu, a student at albany high school. she was reported missing to the rif mond police department back in late september. it is the second time this year she disappeared. fellow high school student heard about the discovery of a slender dark haired girl with braces and suspected that it could be qiu. dental records confirmed her identity. investigators are working backward tracing how she ended up in the pacific ocean themselves want to confirm that she left on her own. so far there is no indication that she was abducted. >>> decision 2012 and it is not just about the presidential election. governor brown is in th
