eight miles west of vacaville where our radar is located we have a beautiful pick at mount vaca.unny skies outside inland highs in the 90s. near the bay we are talking 80s today even downtown san francisco touched 80 degrees with mainly sunny skies behind the bay bridge. if you are heading out this evening for that jog before dinner oakland is at 85. san jose at 83. santa rosa 91. and 77 in the city right now. fire danger very high. this evening and overnight tonight, it's strange, but the relative humidity will stay low all night long so north bay mountains and east bay hills are under a red flag warning through 8:00 tomorrow morning gusty winds from 10 to 25 miles an hour. here's what happened today. the winds turned offshore. we are getting a northeast-to- east wind now that gave us sunshine, increased temperatures and decreased humidity. that will stay with us for one more day. tomorrow the setup is exactly the same with high pressure to our north giving us that offshore wind and we will stay mild, we will stay in the 90s inland and the fire danger will stay elevated. on frid

they've issued a red flag warning from redding south of sacramento out into the fairfield vacaville areao we'll be watching that for you. they're going to have strong winds up in the valley and it's going to get pretty warm. i think you should base on the wind forecast, just to the east of the bay area which means our fire danger is going to be increased as well. we could see one going up for us as we head into tomorrow. the computer model shows you nothing. everything is clearing out of the area. expect if you're in st. louis tomorrow the thunderstorms look like the real deal. i was looking at one of the latest models. looks like it's going to be wet out there on the field they can easily get showers during the game. that's something that bares watching. we're going to have the game at 1:00 tomorrow but we're talking about a chance of thunderstorms and rain. you know what one of those can do, you get a big cell over you you could drop .25-inch of rain and shut the game down. i am all over it. tonight at 10:00 and the new models will be in and we'll dial it in for you. along the coast it
