yesterday we did have a record at washington dulles.um temperature for november 7 with a high temperature of only 43 degrees. it ties the old record set back in 1967. it has been called all of november. november temperatures so far is eight degrees below average. the past 10 days have been below average, and that is the longest stretch we have seen since 2011. it is continuing to stay tightly wrapped in the northeast. check out some of the snowfall totals. the highest one i could find was north haven conn. at 12 inches. that is rare for those people, especially for those who still do not have power. --high pressure is going to be building in. we should be getting lots of sunshine especially this afternoon. we will start to see the return flow on the backside of the high, our winds will change direction coming out of the south. we will warm up to a great weekend. 52-57 for tonight. looking at your seven-day forecast, we will be in the 60's on saturday and sunday. there i say pushing 70 on monday. next chance of rain on tuesday. >> thank

into the meantime, look at these numbers. 65 degrees at reagan, 66 in dulles. bwi thurgood marshall kicked in at 63 degrees. it was a mild day, pleasant day. here is what we are looking at right now, temperature wise. 43 in gaithersburg, 43 in baltimore, 42 degrees at dulles and 44 in martinsburg. a ridge of high pressure is moving out but we have a ridge of high pressure north of us and that will allow the warm air to move through our region. look at the division in the country. ahead of this, that's where the warmer air is settling and we'll benefit from that as we head into the course of tomorrow and see our temperatures rise. here is the ridge that will head out. the rim will be light pushing from the south on sunday. a little gusty on monday but they'll continue to boost our temperatures as we head to near 70 degrees. so tomorrow, by mid day, expect it to be about 65 degrees. we're going to see plenty of sunshine, perfect for veterans day because there's lots of outdoor activity and lots of parades that you get to enjoy as we celebrate our veterans. here i

today, a couple of changes. 46 daytime high for dulles. bwi marshall, 48 degrees. here we go, we've got cold again overnight. not quite as cold as it was 24 hours ago. cloud cover holding things up just a little bit, temperatures, that is. 42 in washington. 45 in annapolis. off to the north and west, temperatures have dipped below the freezing mark again. out in the mountains here north and west, we are below freezing. i don't think we'll see freezing marks here close to town but it will be a cold start and then a very cool afternoon with highs once again only in the upper 40s to about 50. changes from yesterday, we've got the cloud cover moving in overnight and we have avenue got a little upper level piece of energy coming through. i don't think we'll see any rain showers but the cloud are going to be pretty steady here holding tough for much of the day. should be a few peeks of sunshine and maybe a few periods of sunshine so a mostly cloudy sky. the trend for the weekend looking better. it looks like both saturday and sunday should be on the dry side. 50 today. s
