two new water main breaks tonight, the first in the mount vernon area of baltimore city. it happened shortly after 8:00 this morning on east madison street. low water pressure and cloudy water have been affecting residents and businesses. this comes less than a week after a 60-inch main broke on -- >> street. earlier this afternoon, a 16- inch water main broke. surrounding institutions have been affected by the break but now they say water pressure is back to normal at franklin square hospital in baltimore county community college as well. one man is in critical condition after being shot in the head sunday night. police found an african-american man lying unconscious in a wooded area. his identity as not been released. detectives are looking into the case and there is no word on a motive or possible suspects. baltimore county police are confirming the flea market raw from sunday afternoon was gang- related. brandon quinet and allen lull are both facing assault charges. police say one man had to be taken to hospital during the fight which happened outside the north. class
