. >> i'm angie goff. >> and i'm richard jordan. welcome to news 4 today. it's saturday, may 18th, 2013. we're going to start out with breaking news. we're learn iing about a missil launch out of north korea. nbc news reports the country launched three missiles into the sea off the east coast of the korean peninsula. the military tracked the missiles. it's not clear what kind of missiles might have been launched. this comes after months of rising tensions between north korea and the u.s. and south korea. we're going to bring more information as we get it but a big development this morning. >>> weather wise, we might be de dealing with a little unsettled weather. >> let's go to chuck bell for a first check of the forecast. >> good morning to both of you. a little bit unsettled is a good way to describe it it. the 80 degrees from yesterday is a thing of the past. a front stalled out just down to the south of the metro area. along the front. is where the best chances for rain will be. the breeze will hold temperatures down today. the bulk of the rain is going

. >> i'm angie goff. sunday, may 19, 2013. it's about 9:30 almost. and time to get a check on what a misty forecast so far. >> let's go outside to amelia segal. she's on the weather deck. good morning. >> good morning, richard and angie. very light rain. mist. perfect way to describe it across the area. now, the fog is starting to lift. that's good news for who reasons. well, of course, you don't want to be dealing with fog while out driving, however, the clouds hang on strong. a cloudy day similar to yesterday. as we get into the afternoon hours, 1:00 p.m. we're looking at some scattered showers. a high temperature of 71 degrees. so a little bit warmer than yesterday. still some scattered showers will be found at 7:00 p.m. plan for damp conditions and getting into this afternoon, plan for a little bit heavier rain to be falling across the area. those of you in d.c., you have the best chance of seeing actual rain between about 2:00 and 7:00 p.m. the good news, this is good for angie i know is with this rain it's bringing down the pollen count so the
