and the trans bay tube at this morning. two vehicles to work vehicles collided this morning gripping up hundreds of feet of real.railing. jackie sissel is live at the oakland bart station. >> i am at a west oakland bart station and this is the station and that is right before you go into the trans bay tunnel. this is the one that you would normally see a huge back up out here. so far, it has been pretty quiet. i went on the platform to take a look at it and you could see trains waiting in the station with passengers inside of the trains waiting as the trans bay tube nuclear is. we'll go back to exactly what happened there at 3:00 this morning, maintenance was being done inside the trans bay tube tunnel. at that point, to meet its vehicles collided inside the tunnel. one of those was a track grinder vehicle that was part of that collision. at that point, that shut down one of the two tracks and side of the trans bay tube tunnel. that means we will have to single track through that tunnel. to give an idea of what that means,

red flag warning for the north bay hills, east bay hills and back to the south bay, let's look at the wind gusts. we didn't see anything majorly topping 58 to 65 mile per hour. gusty winds at the coast. half moon bay, 35, then for a lot of the locations here across san francisco peninsula, anywhere from 20 to 31 miles per hour. san francisco airport, altamon pass, 29, and santa clara, 28 mile per hour top wind gusts. the most crucial zone for this fire zone is in the north bay. marin, napa, somona county, a lot of fuel to burn if it got sparked here. the concern is in the hills, 1,000 feet, off to the west of san rafael and also in the hills surrounding napa and st. helena. speaking of which, let's get a look at the wind speed and humidity. that's crucial when it comes to fire danger. it's dry out of the north. lowest humidity in the north bay. we're seeing things drop down to 25% now for the most part, from santa rosa to novato. we have the fire danger with us but also enjoyable weather in the south bay. some of the best temperatures tonight. if you have any kind of plans, 75 in san
