actually, the environmental health directors were concerned but we worked with the industry and the councilmembers offices. there are two categories for the home kitchens. one of them is for direct sales where people can only sell directly to the general public for themselves. for those types of facilities there will be no inspection from us we'll just know what types of food they're selling and their certifying their homes will save. and then we have others who are selling to gorgeous. we'll tell you do on annual inspection and actually permit them. and also the types of food they sell is limited you can only make those foods that are listed through the california department of human being health. so friends they can sell dried pastas and baked good days but not like meat pieces. things that don't need refrigeration. that is set by the california department of public health. anything else the department of public health will have to inspector that. there's a limit in the first year they can't sell more than $35,000 worth of goods. so i think that's about it. ok and my understanding is this new or
