kron 4's jeff pierce has the latest on the investigation parents and teachers at alvarado school in union city are dealing with the arrest of elementary teacher michael howey charged with eight counts of child molestation. he is accused of kissing and inappropriatly touching several young students. kron four talked with a teacher and a parent at the school today, both declined to speak on camera. the instructor's concern was the safety of her students. the parent in this car had a child in howey's classroom. she came to the school hoping to find out how the teacher could have committed such acts with a teachers aide in the classroom she left without answers. in addition to alavarado elementary howe taught kindergarten for two years at union city's cabello elementary. he was arrested at his home in this gated complex on wednesday. micheal howey told arresting officers he had been suspended from alvarado for being inappropriate with a student. he then asked for lawyer. in union city jeff the amountcoming up on kron 4 news at 8. the san jose mother and child injured when a car came crashing
