>> i'll put tepper with templeton, because sir john templeton, a lot of people have been talking about this one, his quote where he says bull markets begin on pessimism, they grow on skepticism, they mature on optimism, and they die on euphoria. we're not seeing that euphoria yet. i think we are still seeing the stages, scott, of skepticism, because virtually everybody that you see out there, whether they're touting a newsletter or whether they're a market analyst for a big shop, they're skeptical of this market. well, what does that mean? based on the templeton, that means that we're in inning number three or four. i don't think we're done with this yet. i certainly don't know anybody -- nobody on this desk that's euphoric about the market here. i think a lot of us are skeptical. and so, i -- >> giddy. >> -- we're heading toward the maturing stage here. and then we won't be seeing this outperformance. and we'll see occasional shots to the upside when we get to that euphoric stage, and that's when you want to be out. >> all right. as you know, the rally has been led by more defensive s
