the high speed rail project lands in court this morning. today, proponents of the project will be in sacramento superior court asking a judge to stop the project plan. they say that the project is so far off track it needs to be scrap and the $10 million bond measure approved by voters in november needs to be invalidated. the cost of the high speed rail plan has skyrocket ed to $69 billion and it was supposed to break ground in july, but this latest case will delay that ground breaking as well....
