to give you some idea of the complexity that this project represents and the enormous amount of teamwork that goes into making it, all of these people are working together to create a museum for modern art that will be without equal. its collection is exceptional and the mission is generous and it is a gift for the youth of our future and its walls will signal a new direction for now we as the audience interacts with great works of art and with each other and how artists interact with museums and 2016, standing where we are right now we would have to look up 200 feet above us, twice the height of that parking garage, before we could see the top of the new sf mona, there will be over 160,000 square feet of space that is dedicated to experiences connected to art. that is more than triple just this area between mina and tona that we are standing in. all of these places are designed with the standard of lighting and environmental control coupled with a bold sense of planning to protect the environment and signaled by a 50-foot high and 150-foot long green wall that we planted on the side of

emphasize teamwork, make sure everybody on the team is aware of the plan and if you are helping somebody, make sure they are aware of the plan. that's important. because some people just, what are you doing, why are you guys here? explain it to them. take a minute and explain it to them and they will help you, usually. it makes your job easier. rotate personnel as needed. people are going to get burned out, get tired. you don't want them to get hurt. take frequent breaks, eat and drink frequently and talk about what's going on. what's the disaster registry? we talked about this before. at each fire house there's a list of people in the neighborhood around that fire house, in that district, that may have mobility problems, they have special needs. if you guys know anybody that has those, get in touch with us, we can give them the form and basically have them fill it out. what they will do is put the person's name and address in a lock box in the fire house. one of the jobs of the nert volunteers is to go to the fire house, get this lock box, they have the key, get the list of the names an

with the help of teamwork and realizing that we could all kind of solve this problem together, we created that i think is really special and hopefully, it will go on for many, many years to enspire people to think shorter about how they dispose of their everyday items and it will tread more lightly on the planet. >> i want to work on things that help improve the world. that's really big for me. i think we have such a beautiful planet, incredible animals. i just think there is a better way to live on the planet. so that definitely has driven my last number of projects. i'm really interested in the environment and seeing what i can do to help. >>> a big part of our footprint, close to 50% is related to buildings. the beautiful thing about buildings is we have the technology. we believing actually do something about t there are ways that you can build tha allow you to really reduce your footprint. the nice thing about living an edited life is that essentially, it will give you time. really, life is about time. life is about experience. life is about connecting with people, friends and family
