allegedly told another accomplice, who told police saying, quote, hernandez admitted to shooting mr. lloyd. this morning, we are seeing still frames aregedly taken from surveillance cameras inside the former new england patriots' home. it was obtained moments after lloyd was shot. the man in the light-colored shirt appears to be hernandez. he is entering the basement with two other men. >> they all did go down to the basement. once in the basement, surveillance gets shut off. prosecutors say hernandez tried to destroy the footage but failed. he gunned down lloyd in an industrial park less than a mile from his home. in more than 150 pages of court records unsealed tuesday in many massachusetts, police who first talked to hernandez describe him as argumentative. slamming the door and asking, what's with all of the questions. when they told the 23-year-old they were investigating a death, he seemed unconcerned. >> the prosecution is going to say his refusal to work with the police is evidence of guilt. the defense will say that an innocent man was very indignant. and he reacted the way he did
