i think, though, for the whole gamut of what we do, renewable energy community outreach, environmental justice, all the different kind of components, sum it all together. are we better off today or not? and that's a question for our director. >> i think from the description that we heard tonight, the program has obviously changed and it seems that it's still in flux. my understanding is that the vote next week is really about the not to exceed rates. so, not necessarily the mix of recs and green power that we're directly procuring on the open market. so, i mean, i would just say in response to that, with the information that we have, we know that we want to meet all of the goals that have been stated here. so, whether it's reducing greenhouse gas emission reductions, serving our communities, creating jobs, creating in-city resources, stimulating the market for renewables, that's what we want out of the program. and i wish i could say with authority that the program that we had sketched out tonight is better or worse than what was proposed last year, i don't think i have enough information to s
