it is only true if you are looking at their pubic research. but we do have to remember two things in life and that is that we do need to be benefiting from research to have more on these americans. but we have to do so with vigilance. that is the myth of informed consent. most of us quite rationally believe that we choose to engage in medical research, that we are guaranteed foreign consent. i that i do not mean that the researcher asks your permission, but asks your permission and it also entails maintaining information about the study. so you have to be told everything that you need to know to be with making an informed decision. you have to get consent, but the that consent is ongoing. when new information emerges, when you find out that some people don't fare well, you may have to tell you that you have to get this information. the reality is that it is under assault in this country. it is diminishing very quickly and a very cold and shadowy way that is not getting a lot of attention. but the law was rewritten twice. federal code of regula
