so once i discovered a little bit more about t-tapp and i started to t-tapp myself, i called in a couplef weeks later and i said, this can't be possible, but i had lost 12 inches just in a few week period. it looks like with t-tapp that you're not doing much because the muscles are being deactivated on the inside at the same time you're doing large muscle movement. what's really unique about t-tapp, because it involves the lymphatic system so comprehensively, is that you experience muscle fatigue, increased heart rate, it's very aerobic without impact, but at the end you're energized. so it's hard to explain how you can be tired but energized at the same time. as a thyroid patient, one of the many concerns that we have is, easy weight gain, very, very difficult to control your weight, and such low energy. you just don't have the energy to get out of bed. you sleep 8 to 10 hours a night, wake up in the morning and look for another 8 to 10 hours. since i've started using t-tapp, i bounce up in the morning and do a workout and 15 minutes later i'm done for the day but i'm ready to do my day
