we have three federal court decisions recently slapping down the epa for issuing these overreaching regulations. but if the united states supreme court sides with us in this argument it could mean the epa and other federal agencies no longer get to operate with this nod and wink approach. people go along with the reality that the epa is making up new rules and regulations that actually contradict the laws passed by congress. we need to remember, shannon, that it is the united states congress, the people elected to go to washington, d.c. that write the laws and not agencies like the epa. what happened in this case is the epa got completely out of control. they wrote their own rules, regulations and laws that violate and frankly contridict what the laws have passed by the united states congress say. hopefully the united states supreme court say we will no longer tolerate business as usual in washington, d.c. >> well, and you mentioned congress. a couple of gop congressmen have raised issue with another rule being, woulded on with the clean water act and how far they can go whether it is regulating a popped on your propert
