lyle is a reporter. we then we want back to the court and we applied and as i mentioned just in passing last time the court, which had had this policy that says if you're credentialed by the senate, then said we're reevaluating our practices and we will be back in touch with you. i did check in with them recently and they said they were still working on that process. i don't think that they are going -- they're trying to write a policy that excludes us in any way. i think that the court -- it's hard to speak of the court as a whole but the public information office really has gone out of its way to accommodate us. for example, in allowing lyle to have a place in the press room and trying to deal with us in that way, i think that the court, like a lot of institutions, places in the government, are trying to figure out what to do with new media. what does it mean if you credential us? does that mean someone else can create a blogger account and come and get a credential at the supreme court? that doesn't s
