mrs. linda m. macdonald. >>> good morning. it's thursday, december 19. i'm michelle griego. >> i'm brian hackney. frank is off this morning. it's time to get a look at traffic and weather. we'll begin with all important forecast for the weekend. here's lawrence. >> we have some changes coming our way and, of course, some windy conditions out the door this morning. if you are driving out there, be careful both hands on the wheel. the winds are whipping outside especially over the mountaintops this afternoon. could see some of those gusts to 60 miles per hour. we have already seen gusts down below in some of the valleys over 30 miles per hour and it will continue throughout the day today. in fact, checking out some of the winds now you have some gusty winds in toward half moon bay at 22. now at 16 in san francisco. 12 miles per hour into berkeley as you move further north some stronger winds you can see the reds and oranges over the mountaintops. those are some very strong winds developing there now. this afternoon, we'll see a cool windy condition at the coastline. mostly sunny inside the bay temperatures in the 50s. 56 deg
