ktvu news obtained exclusive new video which provides the best look yet at a man intentionally setting one of those fires. we spoke today to a homeowner whose surveillance camera captured that crime in progress. as robert honda reports, the arsonist returned to the scene more than once. >> the actions of this man are unmistakable. he is setting a fire on the porch of a person's home in the middle of the night with a family sleeping inside. it is captured on a security camera by the homeowner who showed it to me this afternoon because he wants to make sure the public takes this arsonist scare seriously. the man appears to match the description of the possible suspect. light skinned male, about 6 feet tall, slender, this time wearing glasses and gloves sauntering on and off the porch. when the man first shows up, he bends down and appears to take a container from his belt area, then using what appears to be a cigarette lighter along with whatever was in the container, he starts a fire on a wicker chair. >> what about his demeanor as he's doing this? >> he seems as calm as a guy passing o
