a big party that goes down every year at penn state altoona, a branch campus of penn state university. you can see, people having a good time in the parking lot of this apartment complex. looks look a lot of fun. how does it turn from this to this? >> get off of him, sir! he's -- he's choking. >> that's a penn state altoona student, kevin nelson, and that's officer bender from the logan township police who responded to the situation because they called it a riot situation. apparently at the party, somebody threw a bottle at the police car, students were instructed to go inside. now, kevin tells us that he wasn't drinking he wasn't even at the party and he had been there inside for hours. eventually went outside on his porch and playing his guitar and saw an officer coming by and questioned the officers and said, are we in danger? what's going on? are we allowed to be out there? according to kevin, that's when this started to happen. you see a clip from before this. >> why are you insulting my roommate? what has he done? >> he can stand up. >> he can't breathe. he's begging for air! >>
