d.r. horton is a name i don't remember if ivy spoke about or not but in any case their numbers were spectacular. they continue to perform. look at the stock performance right now. that's one of these names that had a stealth rally. >> your big take away? >> fascinating about the investors. i'm heavy on investors in this market, drove it in 2013. the fact that she did not dismiss investors going into the new construction market all cash coming in there, that could be a huge boost for the builders even in a small share. i'm talking to these investors every day and they're very interested in new construction. they can charge higher rents and they cannot find the supply to keep buying. they're looking at the builders. >> some of the data late i has been squirrely in housing. are you surprised she's bullish and remaining so? >> i'm not surprised she's bullish from the start. focus on demand, on what the demographics are moving into this market. i would -- i think more we have to look at affordability.
