with us now that insurance agent, dennis hill. joining us paul howard from the manhattan institute. dennis, thanks for coming on the show tonight. at what rate are you seeing applications returned to you? >> well, we're getting a pretty good rate now that, about 40%. we're doing a good many applications each week and seem to be getting works lately. gerri: dennis, that is about two in five of the applications you're getting are coming back to you and you're a broker with some 16 years worth of experience. you've been around for a while. you know how to do this business. what do you think is going on? why are they getting rejected? >> we're still having problems with the website. it has gotten better than it was. we're still having lots of problems. too many things trying to go within that system one time trying to verify information and just making a mess of everything. gerri: i want to show folks one of the questions you got back from the website. it was obamacare applicction that was returned to you. the person was told, you need to send the marketplace proof you're a citizen, and
