we have a physician from nyu langone medical center here to talk a little bit about this. started on this particular study a few weeks ago we did the big reports there was a question about whether or not vitamins are good for you, sipliments and vitamins are good for you. >> correct. jenna: this is a little different than that how so? >> this is different. the study we reported on a month ago really had to do multiv they reduced deaths and cardiovascular and cancer and we found that was not the case. this study looked whether taking antioxidants would improve exercise capacity and improve the overall muscle health for people working out. so it has been a long-held belief that, certainly physician logically when you exercise you generate something called free radicals. that is normal. too much is not good for you. if you take antioxidants you get rid of those. you get better outcome from exercise. jenna: when you see antioxidants on anything you think this would be great. >> you would imagine it would. this was an interesting study published last week in the journal of phys
