the hillsborough county sheriff's office confirmed there was a single car crash with no injuries. of the pickup, 33-year-old jeffrey white, fled the scene and was later arrested at his tampa home. based on information gained from the woman's video. white was charged with leaving the scene of a traffic crash, careless driving and failing to wear a seat belt. the video caused road rage in the comments sections of web sites posting it.
