we've got some new details here that kind of straighten out the stair of what's happening here in south san jose. first off we're on the 5,000 block of eppling lane. this is in south san jose near blossoms hill and 101. this started as a 911 call that came in about 9:39 last night. the fire department was set to go on scene but they stayed off a couple of blocks away as the police department investigated. and they discovered a man in his 20s who was deceased here on the scene of this home. interesting thing they found, a couple of marijuana plants wouldn't elaborate any more than that and only would say it was marijuana plants they found on scene here. there was no sign of forced entry and the man did have a right to be inside the home although they did not say whether or not he actually lived here. the person who called 911 knew the man but we don't know the nature of their rich. right now -- relationship. right now the police call this a death with suspicious circumstances. we'll be here throughout the morning and have any more details as they happen. we did see some technicians carry out boxe
