so while this is a little higher categories in saying specific to data warehouse or fsa, we are asking that you avoid discussing this r fq to this type of vendors. there is ability for this board to communicate with vendors for reasons that aren't related to hhs business disclosing with directions within the actual policies and the agenda item on how to disclose them. what we are hoping as much possible is to be able to send out these types of documents, rfp's, rfq, to as many people as possible to qualify so that we have a rich group of members to be able to choose from. so, and that's basically the foundation of san francisco government is to provide everybody as much as possible, the ability to at least try to get a city contract. i'm sorry i can't give you a list of the vendors, just ask that you observe this blackout period by if someone would come talk to you about services or ask questions to refer them to the department. >> i completely understand the issues of what i do. i cannot agree to say that i will not discuss anything about communications with any firm. it's just too br

fsa does not work alone in these efforts. our worst of over 1300 employees is supported by over 10,000 private-sector employees working for more than 150 private companies in 35 states. as you are aware until recently there were two primary that will student loan programs. in 2007 the program share of annual disbursements piqued at 20% of student loan volume. around that time the decline of the national market affected student lending by restricting the availability of capital to private lenders. many schools began moving from that program to the deal program. in addition purchased felt loans in 2010 the origination of new loans in the program. fsa successfully implemented the transition of full direct lending and since that time every eligible student and parent who applied for a loan was able to receive one. but me just repeat that. every eligible student was able to receive him. i stress that point because since moving to 100% direct lending fsa has disbursed over $350 billion in loans. in 2013 alone we disbursed over 100

has been working on making sure the contract is one of the last ones to complete and we are doing the fsa and cobra rfp which is released on monday. that will be three rfp's on monday and the controllers report that will provide some information for the data basis going and we are working on the data for union negotiations. a lot of request on that and there is city's report is being updated and we providing a lot of report and data for that calculation. i think we've talked about the wellness efforts and it's launched. they are doing big conferences down there in the big conference we have and starting to do other trainings and in terms of meetings, we wanted to just highlight that. we are working with the city's cat program so the catastrophic illness program and long-term disabilities programs are really well integrated and working effective for the members going through that kind of situation and needing both of those benefits to work together. and we've also been continuing to work on kaiser and clinic can engagement and we have one on one meetings with every member of the staff to s
