you can see the city lights in the south bay. the traffic clearly here in the peninsula. and you can see the wind the most across the east bay with the camera fixed high up above in emeryville. anyone commuting across the bay bridge or the golden gate bridge at least through tomorrow morning's commute will have to worry than. now let's get to the next forecasting issue again. a lot of up and down erratic changes so far this week. and that next change again is the rain. you can see 1:00 a.m., we are still dry across the bay, as we have been mentioning. the biggest change for tomorrow morning is an increasing cloud cover to start. thickest up against the immediate coastline. we're still dry by the evening commute. i don't think you'll need the umbrella tomorrow when you head to work or head home. but you can see by 10:00 p.m. on thursday, we'll start to see a few showers increasing, at least a chance across the bay. forecast models have interestingly enough slowed down this storm system so the timeline of some of the accumulating rain looks like now it's bog to be from 11:00
