clery has already anticipated what you are trying to do. city can that the share data and supplement the report. campuses have no authority to make city police work with them. that is something the government could do. back.an oppose and hold that way you are not forcing victim disclosure, you are just having a better relationship and that sounds to me like what you are getting out. know from laura's perspective, when you do have a college campus the does have a law enforcement agency trained versus a college campus that does not, you see more of a disconnect between local law enforcement and the institution when you do not have that entity on campus. it creates a lot of different challenges when dealing with the sharing of information. beshould campus staff required to report to the administration? >> i am not sure if i know the answer about whether they should or not, but if we require faculty, but also staff to report information, we have to educate our student body about where there are confidential resources and out -- and about the re
