my name is ken dunn. i'm from mercy housing. so, i just wanted to say that mercy is really excited about this development. mercy, as many of you already know, is a nonprofit housing organization that builds -- manages affordable housing, about 30 properties in san francisco. mercy is really excited to be working with the arc of san francisco. as you know, this property will serve a population that is low-income and developmentally disabled. the arc approached mercy in 2011 about this huge need for this particular population.
