as we get into the morning hours we will have low clouds on the bayside. those will clear out around eight or nine and then we will have the thin clouds high mixed up with the sun. temperatures will remain on the high side especially around the bay may. the 80s and low 90s in to the santa clara valley. for another day we will be close to 100 degrees near the east valley. look for eighties in the north bay but cool and cloudy near the shore. this week a lease agreement was approved. that could keep the oakland a's. playing at o-dot-co coliseum for the next 10 years. after 14-months of negotiatiating with a's owner lew wolff the board that represents oakland and alameda county. accepted the terms of the extended deal. they're calling it a win for both parties. we get rental payments over the course of the 10 years. the economics from the deal provided for the a's have pay for a new scoreboard and gives us the flexibility to pay for a new stadium or work with the raiders to get a new stadium for the raiders. it also provides an opportunity for them to the get
