coming up, sal castanedo will tell us how this is impacting traffic in the usually busy area. good morning. welcome to "mornings on 2." i'm tori campbell. >> i'm dave clark. >>> let's talk about weather and traffic. rosemary is right here. >> yes, good morning to you. waking up with a mix of sunshine and clouds, once again. the low clouds at the coast. low clouds inside the bay. mid and high level clouds for most of us as that subtropical move continues to pull in from the desert southwest. i will back up a little bit and show you all of that moisture that continues to move in. it is slowly moving closer to the north. northern california over the coastal range, the sierra, picking up scattered showers for today. for us, i think the clouds will begin to clear out a little bit later this morning. we'll be left with partly cloudy skies, mostly sunny skies. the monsoonal moisture gonna hang around and it should be out of here. here we go. the low clouds not moving away from the coastline. another cloudy, cool day expected for you. but by 11:00 or so, notice it begins to thin out.
