like to, thank you for opening up this opportunity to make alliances with the people such as kevin, carroll. and pines, and (inaudible) too. and i am also a member of the chamber, african american chamber of commerce and the naacp and i comment all of the things that have been happening but my question is actually, where is the money? and how do we get it? into the small, businesses like myself that we have started, and into the community? several of the people that have, and the residents that we serve, have barriers such as felonis that need to be experienced and they don't have high school diplomas and things along that line and so we are trying to make sure that at least, we can get them into these jobs, and then keep, the people that are claiming that the jobs are there, accountable, so that we want to find some type of way that we can find out why, they don't get the jobs, and they get jobs and they try to get them. >> thank you. >> next speaker, please? >> good evening, supervisors, only got two minutes and so i am going to be kind of rapid, i want everybody to relax and i am not goi
