right now, highway 101 from oaky i can't, things are lessening in coverage and intensity.pa, a lot of rain, more rain last night in napa than you typically see for the entire month of august, but more than that, you received more rain in napa last night than you received all of january of this past year. so it has now rained more in august than it did way back in january. of course january is when it is supposed to rain and august it is not, so things are tossed around. 61 in oakland, vallejo, 69. sunday is up at 6:18 tomorrow. in january, we had a ridge of high pressure blocking up the rain and sending it to the north. that is not present now. what is present is an area of low pressure. it is easy to distinguish. they are offshore of marin county all the way back to wyoming and montana. this low pressure is acting lying a magnet and pulling the tropical moisture in and wrapping it around the lownd throwing it down to the south. we happen to be the recipients of the low pressure and rainfall. with the low not in a rush to get out of here, the rainfall will continue. scatte
