. >> reporter: you c see just how jeopardized south springfield road is and you can also see the path of rushing water how it left a huge crevice on the side of the road and this is the end result, the bridge completely washed out and now this road is closed. department of public works crews put signs up and actual concrete barriers to keep drivers from falling into the ditch in the road. and if that wasn't bad enough there was a 12 inch water main break that ran over night adding to the flooding water and decreasing water pressure in the area. >> we've isolatedai folksreacinerce thear aecse of the low pressure situation, contaminates can get into the pipes and so we have a boil water advisory in place for the next 36 to 48 hours. >> reporter: spokesn are stressing at this point they have not found contamination but still want folks to boil water and to be very careful just in case. to make sure you are included in all that you can go to wssc, they have a map and you can put in your address and see if your home was actually impacted and you are among the folks who need to boil water.
