but also; we're expecting faster growth of 4.3%. which would be higher than what has been experienced in the recent past this is as a result of modest increases in use and modest increase in payment rates. not getting as high as it's been but coming off the low of the past few years. for medicaid, we're expecting 6.8% average annual growth during this period. and here overall enrollment is projected to stabilize. the subpopulation -- also the most expensive to cover in that population. and finally, in this slide, private health insurance growth is projected to be lower than medicaid and medicare at 5.4% but also this is -- this growth rate would be higher than it has been in the recent past. and this is as a result of faster projected economic growth leading to higher use of services than we've seen in the recent past. by sector, andrea mentioned or showed the distribution slide and we saw that the distribution for the major services. and so therefore, we can expect that the growth rates will be similar. and that's what we've found.

so this is to be expected. i think they were already, as we saw with the foiled attack in australia, already moving and pushing some of their adherents to attack outside of the rye john. i think this will accelerate but won't be that we're provoking it. quite clearly they were intent on attacking outside of the region and in the west. this will heighten their efforts to do so in the long term. >> the islamic state wants this. they want an attack by the united states. is it possible that they could want that? what would be the conceivable net benefit to this kind of thing? >> you know, isis spokesman really summed it up in two lines. he said if you attack us, we get just stronger. and if you don't attack us we expand even more. so when we actually attack them or not, they want an engagement. they present themselves as this state, head butting with the united states, they present that to their followers as well as to others. and they also are trying to rise to the occasion. they're saying nobody is really confron

expected to open down today. yesterday, the u.s. market getting in touch with new highs, but ended up down. that was partly ahead of this nonfarm payroll print we have coming out today. july, we had 209,000. the dow jones forecast today is 225,000. we'll be discussing what to expect on that front with our next guest. as you can see, markets in the u.s. expected to open down today. the s&p expected to open down about five or six points and the dow expected to open down about 10 points. european markets haven't really moved following that reprint of the second quarter gdp. it stayed roughly where people were expecting it. italy was basically flat today after a very significant move yesterday. italy and france up over a percent of the back of that ecb easing measures. two of the economies most in need of easing. the dax today up slightly 0.13% and the ftse 100 also down again. full year previously strong european markets, probably why we're seeing a breath today. >>> caution ahead of this all-important jobs report.

and this morning a worse than expected job report. all that news pushing the dollar up more than 1% for the week. the tlt down nearly 3%. and the s&p 500, well, it's basically right where we started the week. so what will it take now to really shake stocks? bk, what'd you make of this? >> i tell you, this week there's an awful lot of good economic news. the jobs number this morning, there was really nothing in that that said you need to sell stocks right now. i would argue even if you take it on the face of it that it was weak, it just means that rates are going to stay lower for longer. i think at this point you stay long stocks. i think the reason we've been sideways is because we had this big meeting. then we had the jobs numbers today. cross assets are not working that well right now. but i think you stay long u.s. stocks. >> i don't think there was anything in the job numbers today especially when you weigh in the fact there was some wage growth. ultimate wli if you look at the six-month average and twelve-month average, we're in

so we expect apple to release a 4.7" phone plus perhaps even a 5.5" phone. put what i really want to talk about today is that mobile wallet feature. so you might have heard of nfc, near field communication. basically, it's what powers google wallet on android phones but even android phones that have that built in haven't really taken off with the mobile payments. consumers are wary of, you know, what's my security like, is it really safe to pay with my phone? so what we expect apple to do is to introduce a very user- friendly mobile payment system based on nfc and one thing to know about this is that your payments are secure. in fact, many of the breaches that occurred wouldn't be as harmful to your personal financial security if you were using a mobile payment system. that's because it really mimics the same chip and p.i.n. process that we have seen in europe and that is coming to the u.s. because every time you go through a transaction, using nfc and your mobile payment through your phone, your phone actually generates a new code. instead of using your deb
