increasing fire danger with the relative humidity anywhere from 8 to 18% beginning tomorrow right on through monday. and we will look for a chance of rain coming in late tuesday and lasting through wednesday. so here's a look at the weather watch. getting into effect. into the mountains by 11:00 tonight. we are looking at the possibility. winds gusting to near 40 and 50 miles an hour in the mountains. very dry conditions and the possibility of fire danger. we are also looking at a beach hazard statement, which includes the north bay, monterey bay, large northwesterly swells. it's that time of year, 11 to 13 feet. this weekend with the sunny skies, the mild conditions, perhaps you are going to head to the beach. but do be careful. very dangerous out there. here's high pressure sitting offshore in the upper levels of the atmosphere. it will build in to the north and that sets up the offshore flow. once that goes away by monday the temperatures begin to drop and by late tuesday this drops to the south and that will bring much cooler temperatures and hopefully some measurable rain around
