change, blue is cool, we're cooler than we were 24 hours ago, 13 degrees cooler in cumberland and in richlandying off. we're going to dry off tonight early, chilly, bust out temperatures 42 to 52, maybe a jacket for the kids, still in the realm of about average. and then dry early for the trick-or-treaters, a lot of e-mail, tweets about this, to get the kids by 10:00, everybody will be dry, much after that, i can't make promises because showers or rain will be developing friday night. should be dry also for high school football though. 10:00 tonight, clearing west to 95, still some residual clouds to southern maryland, temps in the 50s and then by morning, fall into the 40s, even downtown, upper 40s in the suburbs, northern suburbs, low 40s, 43 in manassas and maybe 44 in leesburg, by 8:00, in the 40s, not going to warm up a lot but decent, upper 50s not bad with sunshine and low wind, that's what we have, in fact by 4:00 we're almost 60 downtown and in the 50s in the suburbs, so really, we're in good shape across the board. again, drying out early tonight, chilly your day planner looks like
