[cheers and applause] she is here with us today in her capacity as chair of the newly formed latino corporate directors association. pat currently sits on the board of levi strauss & co. and has served on to other corporate boards as well. she's also been with toyota for 30 years and is group vice president of toyota's hispanic business strategy for north america, toyota's highest-ranking latina. please welcome pat genaro.
