just got word of a bart deplay. 15-25 minute delay in the pittsburgh bay point. the trains may be a little slow on that bart system. moving along to the toll plaza of the bay bridge it is still not a big backup there. traffic is slow coming out of the vacaville area. i forgot northbound 101 in san francisco at the 80 split, that is closed because of flooding. you can't take the central freeway for now in san francisco. >>> 127% of normal with rain. we do get some breaks in areas that are picking up. it looks like the heaviest cells right here from our roof cam. you can see a couple of these cells again when we had the lightning and thunder. that rumbled through. and brief heavy squall line went through as well. some of the heavy rain plastered us. by the way the storm prediction center spc these are the big boys have painted us with a marginal area of thunderstorm activity today. usually it's general. and a possibility of waterspouts or funnel clouds are definitely in the mix today. at least in the morning here. probably that would be offshore. but there is enoug
