managing director of automotive engineering, john nielsen is here. so good to have you here.to tell you, you're here on unusual day because not only do we have the incredible weather, the governor said roads in new york city state that roads will be closed after 11:00 p.m. and a $300 fine for people caught driving. i don't think i ever heard of anything like this. is this unusual? >> i think it is unusual. the governor reflects what everybody says, it is better off to stay at home. seems like really good advice. gerri: talk about where the roads will b the worst. you're an expert in this. you're an expert engineer. tell us where not to go as we hit the curfew at 11:00 p.m. do we stay off big highways small ones what should we do. >> that's a great question. the direction is to stay off roads period. if we think of 95 moving up from jersey through new york that will be a problem. as the storm moves northeast it travels along the eastern states eastern new england states but highways are going to be closedded. but they will be first one to be cleared off. side roads and seconda
