we have the major phase workshop today. we're starting immediately into the schematic design and working with the cac over the next months to flush out the look of the remaining parcels including the landscaping so we will be back in front of you and the planning commission probably in the next three months to do another round of workshops where we get into the actual look of all of the buildings, not just the arena. we mentioned the draft eir released in the spring and the certification process coming back in the fall and at that time we will do the package approval process. there is also a lot of other moving pards that go along with this process. some of those going on. the park to the east is p22 and a public park under the mission bay plan but we're starting that design process now that we know what is happening with the arena. any day now we will start the process and come back with schematic designs probably midthis year. we are working on the tm t. there is fiscal analysis going on and the cost for services and fina

we're working on phase two as we have been rolled out, but phase two is a full overhaul of the content and organization of the site. in addition, the civil grand jury report provided detail about our database of affordable housing listing information and applications. that's what we call dal ya and it's a sales force web based application database that will focus on first or inclusionary units and will reduce barriers to entry, most significantly a simplified application process, forms, and include language access and more unified presentation across our portfolio. that is in its testing phase and will roll out in early 2015 so we're close. related to intreesing transparency and increasing our data we're working hard to improve data and how it's reported. we hope to incorporate much of that reporting on our web side and on a housing portal housed at the mayor's website. we are finalizing the draft of an annual report which will be released this month so just in a couple weeks so we'll make sure to circulate that to you with all our specific production data and our community development

i think we have to talk a little bit about the phasing of the plan. and a little bit more detail about how it's going to reach its goal as commissioner moore was talking about in the ten-year period of time. but i think from my understanding, the fact that it's been done together over a finite period of time makes it more efficient. because for this project to work, we need to have all of the parts of it. it's not going to work if there is just a part of it. you need to get the financing, and it's going to provide economic and physical integration in a neighborhood that was segregated from the very beginning from the rest of san francisco. and the articulation of that neighborhood into the san francisco grid, which will be a big improvement. i did see one thing on view 5.3-13 and this is only an alternative. but it does show a very well articulated area, but then it shows an area that looks like it's almost the same height. i think this is probably -- this is a reduced development alternative. so i don't think that is representative of what the projec
